- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively.
- Manage stock and inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional strategies, showroom events, and marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, inventory reports, and showroom performance reports for management, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with other relevant parties to ensure smooth sales transactions and after-sales service.
KUALIFIKASI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for sales and managerial experience.
- Strong understanding and interest in the automotive field.
- Excellent management, negotiation, and control skills.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Bandung / Semarang / Surabaya
